Children & Adolescent Support

Sensory Integration Assessment

An assessment exploring how your child's sensory system processes and responds to the world around them, and how this influences their behaviour, emotions, communication, learning, relationships and participation in everyday activities.

We explore their sensory systems to develop a detailed understanding of your child's sensory strengths, differences and needs.

Motor Skills Assessment

An assessment exploring your child's fine and gross motor skills, coordination, visual-motor skills and functional abilities.

We assess how your child's motor skills influence everyday tasks such as handwriting, dressing, using cutlery, playing, balance, posture, PE participation and independence.

Emotional Regulation Assessment

A holistic assessment exploring your child's emotional wellbeing, regulation, resilience and participation in everyday life.

Rather than focusing solely on behaviour, we work to understand the underlying factors influencing your child's emotions, coping strategies, relationships, confidence and engagement in meaningful activities.

Every emotional regulation assessment is highly individualised. Depending on your child's needs.

We may explore:

- Sensory processing

- Motor skills

- Daily routines

- Mental wellbeing

- Environmental factors and family life

These can help us build a holistic understanding of what is contributing to their emotional experiences.

Life Skills Assessment

Combined Assessment

Our most comprehensive assessment package brings together sensory processing, motor skills, life skills and emotional regulation into one integrated assessment process.

This option is particularly beneficial when difficulties overlap across multiple areas or when a comprehensive assessment is required for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), tribunal evidence, school placement decisions or complex clinical presentations.

You'll receive one integrated report that clearly explains your child's strengths, needs and priorities, alongside meaningful recommendations that can be implemented across home, education and the wider community.

An assessment exploring your child's independence in everyday activities and their ability to participate confidently at home, school and within the community.

We assess practical daily living skills including dressing, eating, toileting, organisation, routines, play, leisure, self-care and age-appropriate independence.
